From a modest start with the construction of an apartment plaza "Crystal Shine", in Santacruz in 1978, the Lokhandwala Group of Companies, headed by Mr. Siraj Lokhandwala, has soon become a trustworthy household name in India. We are constantly driven by an all-encompassing vision, tireless  effort,  a knack for anticipating future needs and excellent leadership helping us pursue and achieve seemingly impervious tasks like transforming  Mumbai's horizon and changing vast stretches of quicksand into architectural complexes. While orchestrating the fusion of attractive, distinct exterior and interior designs and strong foundations, we bestow the utmost care to every aspect. From concept to completion, even the smallest details are taken into cognizance. Our revolutionary triumphs include one of Mumbai’s prime properties, Versova Complex, popularly known as Lokhandwala Complex, built on what was once vast stretches of marshy wasteland. The complex quickly became a premium and popular destination on the dint of quality construction, elegant and  aesthetic surroundings and of course, the Lokhandwala name. The Versova Complex is now buzzing with Corporates, entrepreneurs,  showrooms and services that have been mushrooming in and around its township. Making it one of the most sought after locations in the western suburbs.

One of Mumbai’s most prestigious townships too, not surprisingly bears the Lokhandwala mark. The Lokhandwala Township at  Kandivali is 200 acres of repose with every desired amenity. Far away from the city rush, maddening crowds and pollution, it is still surprisingly close to all conveniences,  and accessible from the heart of the city. It was hardly surprising then that its 8400 completed units (out of the 10,000 proposed ones) were quickly snapped up. The Township is completely self-sufficient and provides all residential conveniences for its occupants. This includes excellent infrastructure, well-maintained roads, the Lokhandwala Foundation School (a premium ICSE School), banks, shopping complexes, recreation areas, and even hospitals. No wonder the Lokhandwala’s Kandivali Township has become one of the most sought after addresses in Mumbai.
